Hotel totalmente engañoso con sus estrellas ..ni de lejos cumple con lo mínimo de su categoría ..Apto sí para bolsillos pudientes y de origen musulmán …muy muy normalito….en nuestra estancia vinieron unos amigos a visitarnos a Marbella y se les ocurrió la magnífica idea de usar el parking del hotel (abierto al público) durante unas 6 horas ..al irse tuvieron que pasar por su cajero automático que está en la entrada junto al hall y….sorpresa!!!…124€ …para no volver

Este hotel es ideal si lo que buscas es vivir la sensación de haber viajado de manera modesta a un país árabe. La única opción para cenar es un restaurante libanés, donde cada noche se ofrece música árabe en vivo. La piscina (en pleno agosto, con 30 grados) está abarrotada de hombres árabes que charlan mientras se relajan, y niños acompañados por sus cuidadoras, que se bañan completamente vestidas, incluso con manga larga. Esto resulta especialmente incómodo para una mujer occidental. Todo esto sucede mientras los altavoces reproducen música árabe, que se interrumpe con los rezos diarios de la mezquita cercana. El servicio deja mucho que desear. En el restaurante libanés, me sirvieron tres veces una sopa de verduras fría, y cuando me quejé, la respuesta fue que "no podían meter el dedo en la sopa para comprobar su temperatura" y que, como solución, podían calentar...el plato. Otro punto negativo fue el aire acondicionado del gimnasio, que no funcionó durante toda la semana. A pesar de que lo mencioné varias veces en recepción, no hicieron nada al respecto. La temperatura dentro del gimnasio alcanzaba los 30 grados. Además, en ningún lugar de su página web se menciona que es el único hotel Halal de Europa. Solo lo mencionan de pasada (y ni siquiera en la página principal) en relación a que no sirven alcohol. En resumen, una experiencia que es mejor evitar.

Not only is this hotel set up for Muslims , Halal meat only, no pork and no alcohol, they do not tell you this on the website and the couldn’t get a refund when I found out before u went. Steer well clear. There is also a mosque near by. Other reviews are not great and some people experiences thefts. I would never go back .

Nowhere near 5 stars Room was dirty Room service has such limited options Breakfast is extremely bad, they don’t even serve fresh bread Lastly I asked for the possibility of late check out, they didn’t ask about my room number strictly 12 pm they said as the hotel is full. The hotel was nowhere near full 12:01 I received a call in the room to remind me to leave which I thought was really out of order because of 1 minute delay! Avoid!

Review: Advantages: • The location is absolutely amazing and unbeatable. • There’s a bidet in the bathroom, which is a big plus. • The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. • The pool is spacious, clean, and very nice. Disadvantages: • To be honest, I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a full 5-star. The furniture is very basic, and the hotel clearly needs more staff. When you enter the lobby, there are only about 2–3 staff members, which isn’t enough. • The towels weren’t clean, which was disappointing. • Housekeeping was just okay — I’d give it a 7/10. • The concierge team really needs to improve their English skills. • The pool could use a kids’ area — it’s a bit deep, and since the hotel has a family-oriented vibe, a children’s section would make sense. • The pool bar staff are extremely slow. There was usually only one lady working — a short, older, blonde woman who I also kept seeing at breakfast. Overall, the hotel is large, but it’s being operated like a boutique hotel, which doesn’t match its size. Thank you.
